millerrk
ok, maybe I haven't had enough sleep, or I am over thinking this. But, I am rather confused on the way they have this worded " All roadways in the subdivision have sidewalks that are 6 feet wide.' I get that, " There is a 1 foot buffer between the ROW and the beginning of the sidewalk" I get that, "and there is a 3 foot parking strip between the sidewalk and curb." does that mean that it goes ROW, in 1 foot, then 6 foot sidewalk, then 3 foot parking strip then the curb? or am I way off base? ReMark
You are correct. The road itself will end up being 30 feet wide. Add in the 10 feet on either side for the sidewalk, parking strip and curb and that gives you a ROW width of 50 feet.
