I believe that is called an elevation not a dimension.
There are a couple of custom lisp programs that will do what you want. I'd have to do a search to find them though.

how could i do a high dimension, it is like +-0,000 for first floor plan, +3000 for second...

thanks a lot, i just thought that the subprogram for elevations already exist in autocad 2012.
Plain AutoCAD? Not that I am aware of.
