Where on the Ribbon do you access Options?

I seem an Idiot. I forgot about customization. I wonder why a lot of the menubar options are not default on the ribbon.

You can also use _OPTIONS on the command line.

another frustrating settings not working.... I have copied all the CTB files that i need into the correct folder on the C drive / Autodesk/ACAD2010/enu/plotstyles... this was working on friday, but today it doesn't want to find the pen settings for plotting. any ideas ?!?!
