bill_borec Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 Autocad 2012 can save as a R2000 file format...even as a R14 dwg format. In the 'saveas' menu they can select the 'file of type' to be either of those. You shouldn't need any other software to convert the original drawing. Jack_O'neill Posted January 20, 2012 Share Posted January 20, 2012 Keep in mind that any of the new drawing objects in 2012 may not come across when you save down. For instance, Mleaders in my 2010 do not translate to older versions. The leader is there, but it loses the text. Just be careful when saving down to older versions.
