corfish
Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have one LWpolyline consisting lines and one or two arcs. I want to calclulate length of all line segments and arc segments seperately and the resulted values to be shown as attributes (seperate attributes for line segments and arc segments). SLW210
Have you tried FIELDS?
corfish
Hi, I tried FILEDS, it do not give segment lengths seperately that means there would be two result values - 1. total legnth of line segments and 2. total length of arc segments. I have many more routines that give total length of polyline, but they are of no use for me as far as this problem is concerned. Anyway, thanks a lot for taking efforts to reply. RubberDinero
After doing a search for this exact same thing, has anybody found a solution? a single segment length of a multi-segment polyline to attribute? I don't want to start a new thread if someone already has the answer. thanks.
BIGAL
Check lee-mac.com if I remember right he has a table output of a pline so could be a good starting point.
