i cannot understand the ANNOAUTOSCALE

 

When to on / off the button and how to use in layouts :o:o

Generally speaking, when ANNOAUTOSCALE is turned on, all annotative objects will display and print at all scales, largely defeating the purpose of annotative objects.

 

IMO, it's normally better to leave it turned off (as it is by default) and add multiple scales selectively, rather than having ANNOAUTOSCALE add additional scales to everything each time the user changes scale or switches to a viewport with a different scale.
