I want to write my own code using AutoLISP or VB.Net (and not use any existing third party utility) because I have some specific additional requirements. Any guideline would be helpful. The AutoLISP and .Net (for AutoCAD) will work inside the application only - which you don't want to open and you excluded also a third-part solution, so the ActiveX access is out of question too.
