ReMark Posted March 14, 2012 Share Posted March 14, 2012 Annotation scale has nothing to do with the overall scale of the drawing. It refers to scales given to such objects as text, dimensions, hatches, and blocks in model space so that they display properly when viewed in a paper space layout viewport. Re: Standrad and Custom scale as described in your AutoCAD Help file. Generally, you draw objects at their actual size. When you plot the drawing, you either specify a precise scale or fit the image to the output size. You specify a scale with either a standard or custom plot scale.
