Inventor Assembly

I hope u are having a great day, little bit about myself i been learning inventor, I have very basic knowledge enough so i can build bunch of part and put em all together to make some thing.
I have been designing a CNC machine i inventor, i am pretty much done. Suddenly half of the parts disappeared and so when i started zooming in and out, i found them million of miles away from each other. Some parts are connect to the ground are where they suppose to be others are just all over the place.
It seem like it a mouse glich, and i was doing constrains at the time.
I tried moving the ungrounded part but they move only a bit now i can't move them as well.
Apparently i have saved and exited so i can't go back

Q- how can i bring every thing together? (pic in the attatchment)
