images???

Hi,
what is the best way to have images in a drawing?
I want it to be permanent, right now different people use the same drawing, and as it is passed to each other, no one can access the images that are inserted. it has been done using the image manager. so when someone else opens it, what you see is the path of the file.

is using "insertobj" the only way to do this? because a few images are too large in memory size to insert.
