thanks to Remark and f700es...i like your advise specs of laptop but i cant find it our country..i travel again to another PC store and i found this 2 laptop specs..and its said its 2nd gen...this is may final option guys..hope it is suitable for latest version of autocad and max..same price but they are not similar in specs

Well if you are going to be rendering with Max get the i7 model as it will be faster than the i5. Well that is if you are using a cpu based rendering engine and not a gpu based one. I see FreeDos as the OS, does Windows 7 not come with these?

If given only those two choices I would pick the i5 due to the screen resolution and GPU offered on that one. I think you will find the 1366x768 too limited in on screen space among other concerns..
