sharing files between computers not on a server!!! help!!

Dropbox is a file/folder sharing service that can be used to share files to multiple computers.

You sign up, free of course, and make a folder and have all members sign up and share this shared folder with all users. You store all files there and everyone can see/edit if need be.

my wife uses it all the time and swears by it, but i don't actually use it myself that much, though the little i have has been pretty straight forward.

My biggest issue/concern is making sure that we are seeing the sxact same things on the computer, as far as sxrefs and data and all that. Will look into this and see how it works, thanks.

Make sure all files (xrefs and such) are there as well.

so just make sure that he uploads all the project files? basesheets, construction docs, profiles, etc???
