adt2 Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 I am trying to export a curve drawn in the Right viewport to AutoCAD - where I need it in plan (Top) view. When I select the curves in Rhino and do File>Export, the curve ends up facing the wrong direction in AutoCAD (i.e. with the Top view selected on the View Cube in AutoCAD, all I see is a single line - not the outline of the part I'm working on). What's the trick here? How do I take a profile drawn in 3D in Rhino and flatten & export it to 2D for further work in AutoCAD? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ReMark Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 Only in your imagination. I used 3Dorbit to take a look at it and could not see the "V" you speak of.
