Part of the model disapears when I click on a part of the model

Ok, you have to primitives, that you've modified. These objects are one on top of the other.

When you click on the one that's on top, the screen momentarily goes dark, then all you see is the object on the bottom, not the one you are say, moving.

What you should be seeing, of course is the top element, and bottom element, so, (as in this example) you can see how far you have moved it in relation to the bottom one.

Having said that. My question is: is this happening because my video card is under performing?

System stats:

Windows 7 Ultimate 65bit

i7 Quad Core at 3.4Ghz (it's the 2600 chip)

8 GIGS of Ram

NVidia GT440 with 3 Gigs onboard ram (DDR3) Links to a comparison chart.

PSU 350 watts.

Thanks guys.

Ok, I found it; and it is enabled now.

I did the operation I described in my earlier post, and it did not seem to make a difference.

I am guessing that if you try this operation in 2D Wireframe visual style you won't have this problem.

If that is the case, then I too would be suspicious of the graphics card.

Sorry for the late reply.

It works great in 2d.

I haven't tried your (Dadgad) other suggestions.

I looked at my SELECTIONCYCLING and it was "-2" and I changed it 2 and it worked. I can't explain it.

Thanks guys.
