You can copyright all you like but its probably not worth the ink on the paper if your not prepared to sue anyone you find using your software in an un authorised way.
Again YOU FIND they are not going to tell you.
Microsoft Autdesk etc multi millions in chasing piracy.
This actualy happened a phone call, I am having problems reinstalling the software a few questions later, oh its only a mates computer I though I could give it to him.

It is the duty of the holder of the copyright to enforce his/her rights. No government agency is going to do that for you. Do you have the time and money to do so?
