    Thanks SeanT. I will have a crack at this in the next few weeks when I have some time to play around.
    In the mean time - additional info is that the error appears to happen when I zoom in very close to an object in my drawing. I had a clean 3D conceptual drawing and have been working on it for a few hours with no problems. Then I zoomed in very close to an object to select it and boom - problem occurred. Zooming out & undo have no effect - problem persists with the file.....

    Mostly do drafting related to manufacturing. From doing site layouts with proposed updates, additions and renovations to be budgeted and submitted for bid, to updating and changing existing drawings to reflect maintenance and repair/revision work done on site.

    I would suspect the graphics card or driver. What are your specs?

    Have you disabled InfoCenter/Communications Center (AKA SpyCenter)? It helps with some things.
