    That picture had probably a Worth100 logo on it.
    On the serious side, except for sure the bottom arch, I suggest you to look for pictures of Meteora Monasteries in Greece.

    easy. Get a large lump of material, remove all bits that don't look like the picture and there you are.

    There is some aprtments I think in Sweden all sorts of weird angles how did they build them. Will try to find.

    possibly not what you are thinking of but these flats are in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and take some getting used to. I think the architect had his board at the wrong angle.
