Default Revit 2013 upgrade keep getting Error: 1: 5 2: adlmPITSetProductInformation failed

I'm new here but was wondering if anyone could help, I've been trying to upgrade to Revit Architecture suite 2013 but keep getting this error code while installing. I've removed all previous versions of AutoDesk, but no luck. This has never happened with pervious version upgrades. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I still haven't installed my 2013 software.

Waiting on IT to replace the network license file first.

Ok, what error code are you getting?

I just installed all my software and it went smoothly and works fine.
