    Modeled and rendered in Studio Max.

    Very nice!! Absolute great quality for a presentation. I love the clouds and trees in the background. Definitely a nice touch.

    Exactly right. And since most of these guys couldn't read a set of plans if their life depended on it, these renderings really do sell the project.

    Yes, It's a cemetery in Georgia. They wanted us to come up with a committal shelter, in there amongst their community mausoleum buildings, so that was our concept. The photo below shows the existing site conditions.
