Excel Question

I am currently making an excel sheet we can import into AutoCAD for all of our schedules. Now, the issue I am having is with equivilant part numbers.

I have a sheet called "Pot Lights" The headings have the company name and all of their standard pot lights. I want to lookup an equivilant part number from a different manufacturer.

So essentially select one manufacturer, the specific ptlight you want and then the alt manufacturer and it returns the equivilant part number.

Now the issue is that the vlookup does not allow me to look up the part number if the desired manufacturer is not in the left most part of the list.

Would a match function with an offset do the trick, or will it not be flexible enough.
