Do you have to use the gizmo? Might it be easier to use ROTATE3D with a reference or 3DALIGN?

Your beams are overlapping in the corners. Shouldn't at least two of them (opposite sides) be coped?

Is there any tool to cut beams? i have used extrusion and boolean to cut some parts but i have to finish the work.
I know in AutoCAD Plant 3D there is a nice tool to do it but now i'm working with MEP 2011.

I have no knowledge of MEP. I could do it in plain AutoCAD using an extruded polyline and the SLICE command with SURFACE option.

I'm guessing then that your two angles on top has one punching through the other as well and you have them extended in the corners right into the beams too. Is that correct?
