cad to xyz

hi
i want to convert autocad drawing which indicates water depth data as text into txt format...x reference and y reference and the digital value indicated at the reference in xyz format...can anyone help me in exporting the dwg file...

Please check the build-in DATAEXTRACTION command.

i did it sir but it extracted x and y positions not the text entered at xy reference....its a value created in a seperate layer called sounding i want to extract that value along with the x and y.ur help is needed

The said command will allow you to select which features to extract – for your case choose: Value, Pozition X and Pozition Y.
