Cross reference not working

Under Project --> Project Tools -->Update/Retag --> Component Cross-Reference Update, then my computer sits around doing nothing. If I hit escape I get "Project Reqequence previous wdbump.dat not found.
If I choose Schematic --> Edit Components --> Component Cross-Reference --> Active drawing, then it will work.

It will run both ways on my co-worker's computer.

Does it happen on just one project or for all when you have the problem?
Try deleting the Project.mdb file for the project then rebuild the project and then try and do a retag.
