    Default Can I create a Surface from 3D Polyline in Civil 3D ?

    I have a number of 3D polylines that represent finished parcel lots. I have an OG existing surface and I am trying to create surfaces out of the parcels to find out what the volumes are for each parcel.

    Is it possible to convert these polylines to surfaces or am I just driving myself nuts trying?

    Have you considered using those polylines as feature lines for grading objects?
    breaking AutoCAD on a regular basis since 1991

    Explode all create surface from Autocad objects Points, 3d faces, LINES
