If you are about to install DWG Trueview 2013, or you are in the process of doing so and are running into problems, read on.
Jimmy over at JTB World has some good information on this subject. Note that Trueview 2013 requires Microsoft .NET 4.0 (SP1). Unfortunately, the DWG Trueview installer offers no assistance as to where to find this.
So back to JTB World. Jimmy points out that not only do you need .NET 4.0, you will need the "Full" version, not just the "client" version. On the Microsoft download page, the "Full" version is listed under "For Server and Development". Of course, be sure to download the correct x64 or x86 version as needed.
You will also need to install the update KB2468871 (which Autodesk calls SP1 in the error message you receive if you try to install without it). The update can be found here.
After you get these components installed correctly, then you can proceed with the DWG Trueview 2013 installation.
