Just figured it out. I created another block called 'Module_Blocks' and then I was able to hide the other layers to just reveal the StudLoc layer. I had to re-select all my block and change them to the module_blocks layer.

Is there a way to hide a layer within a block? For example, I have 3 layers within a block (Modules, ItemNo, & StudLoc). The block itself is of the layer 'Modules'. I need to hide the 'Modules' layer and the 'ItemNo' layer to just reveal the 'StudLoc' Layer.
Thanks

You could also look into using Dynamic Blocks and Visibility parameters.
