Helo.. Im a girl from Belgium. My boss asked me to do something but i'm completely lost. I'm used to work with programms like photoshop, dreamweaver, internet sites but im completely lost here.

Please help me, before he kills me..
And please dont laught, im not stupid, but it is the very very first time i have to work with sush a programm

I have to put our machines in this programm : planningWiz.
Fine.. so simpel ?? forget it.

i got from manufacturerd some eyes top view from our machine. i can choose between PDF, GIF en DWG. But i quick notice that only DWG could help me.

I search and search. I use program Flash DWG to convert my dwg to swf.

But i come to several problems; the first one : i often get a square with my drawing on it. NO good; i need drawing alone.

With other DWG, fine, i only have my machine without background in planningWiz, but NEVER on the good size.

When i open my .dwg in autocad or in draftsight; i can change it it a little bit, i can erase, i can change place..

BUT, i dont understand how i can save my drawing ALONE, so not the full page with my drawing into it.
I would like to save my machine, without background at mesurement 1.
So when i say in planningWiz; it is 175 cm x 98 cm x 176 cm

It appears like this hahahaha; now i only have a smal drawing with a lot of space around it.. or some white.. it depends on the .dwg.

I know, now perhaps you all laught at my stupidity, but i'm really in stress..

Please, some guys to help a lost blond girl..

Just to be clear, do you have an actual DWG file to work with? Yes or No?

What do you mean with an actual ?
I have a lot of dwg files.. Some are different.

I there a way to give you one or two ?

I think my problems come in autocad.. but you also have a dimension in flashdwg, but i tryed there to play, it did not do anything.

I think, i have to open all my dwg in autocad; do something to save them alone, all at dimensioàn 1:1; so when i give mesures in planningWiz, they will take it.
No for the moment; in planningWiz, i have a square on the mesure i gave, with a small drawing in it, my machine.. lol

    GRRR

I saw someone who did it (not same market as us, no concurrent) but they did it with the same dwg as I. So im sure i can do it with dwg they gave me. But im also sure i have to change them. But im completely lost..

Forget the word "actual". I guess I'll assume you have an AutoCAD DWG (drawing) file.

Forum members can attach copies of DWG files to their posts but the file size cannot exceed certain limits. Do this by clicking on the Go Advanced button, then click on the Paperclip icon at the next screen. Locate, upload then attach your DWG file to your next post. Include at least ten text characters so the post will be accepted.

If I were doing this I would make use of a paper space layout and a viewport but I have a feeling you have no idea what I just said.

What size paper will you be printing to?

    thanks trying to help.

I guess I misunderstood you then. I can't convert the drawing from a DWG to a SWF file format.

Idea : and if i would have my plan the same dimension as the sheet and than same to print to the exact dimension ?

I have noticed that planningWiz use the sheet, for his measure. So if my sheet measure are the same as the objet, it would be good no ?

Notice i work in 2D, that is mush easier i think.. lol

Is there any documentation for PlanningWiz without joining? It seems like Planningwiz should be able to import .dwg files similar to the way AutoCAD handles blocks/attachments, but I don't know anything about it, and can't find any online info for Planningwiz.
