Solidworks Online Courses?

Hi, I am looking for any and all information that I could possibly get about finding some online training for Solidworks. I have tinkered with Solidworks a little over the past 10 years, but I have never recieved any formal training. I would be most interested in learning more using the sheet metal design ( folding and unfolding parts) as this would be most helpful at my current employer.

Also I really need to get up to speed on many of the tools, just so I can stop spending hours reading the help files and trying to figure out the steps.

I've not used them, but I know that JD Mather has links to some tutorials in his signature, and he really knows his stuff.
