    Go to properties for your selected plotter in plot manager then select custom paper sizes or modify paper sizes, or custom properties and custom properties button, from there the options depend on the plotter.

    What printer or plotter ? is it A4 A3 A0, letter 36x24 ? the page size is controlled by the printer or exception maybe is PDF where most sizes are covered.
