Welcome to the forum.
That question may be a bit too broad to really garner a lot of responses.
Yes, we want to help, but you need to take responsibility for doing your own homework.
Plenty of information in the TUTORIALS section, or youtube, enjoy the ride.
Volume and repetition do not validate opinions forged in the absence of thought.
I would recommend you buy a good after-market AutoCAD book or take a basic AutoCAD course. For immediate assistance right at your fingertips try using your AutoCAD Help file which gives you access to such things as the User's Guide and Customization Guide.

Is it enough only in tutorials if it is not tell me more ok i will watch as soon as possible.![]()

no, it's not enough to just go through tutorials if you want to be very efficient. See ReMark's suggestions also. Something to think about is - what you are trying to do? Civil, mechanical, pipes, structural, architectural....the list goes on. I think most, if not all, people specialize in a certain area. This would help other people guide you a little on what to learn or where to start. Like Dadgad mentioned, the question is too broad.
The tutorials is just a quick start to see some of the more common (and some maybe not so common) aspects of the program. Get in the program and start messing around and try to do whatever it is you envision doing with the software...you'll end up with questions like "how to do" this and that, or "is there an easier way", etc. Then you'll really start learning more and more on these forums with specific advice.
You want to know/learn more then practice, practice, and practice some more. Practice until your hands/mouse are doing what needs to be done without barely thinking about it. Ask questions too; lots of questions.
