ACAD LT 2012 license problem after format my PC

Hello; this is Mehmet Ali, architect.

Because of a "blue screen error", I had to format my PC. In my office, we have a AutoCAD LT 2012 license with 4 seats and all had been activated way before.

Now, after I formatted my PC, I am not able to use the same serial number. I think it is because of I did not have a chance to use OLT or anything like that.

How can I deactivate the one I used before to be able to use it again? Any solutions?

What is the message? You exceed the number of activation?
Click try another method in activation screen. You need to confirm that you will use it and it's not a duplicate SN.
Or you can simply contact your reseller for assistance.
