I don't think you can. You probably could in PhotoShop or similar software though.

How we can remove the white background of a picture inserted in either Cad or Solidworks!Any suggestions!

I'm almost certain I've done this before in AutoCAD. (but this memory goes back 10 years or more, don't use AutoCAD much anymore)
Can you attach the file here.
In Autodesk Inventor it is trivially easy (the pixel in lower right corner of image is treated as transparency pixel, so whatever that pixel is can be turned off throughout the image in Inventor).
I'll have to check if something similar in SWx. I would like to check with you actual image file.

remove the white background in photoshop and saveas in PNG format.

insert the PNG file in autocad, click the image and right-click go to properties. Go to MISC, background transparency, and then select yes.

you can save it also in GIF but the only problem is that the quality of the image is different from the original image.
you can use PAINT as it is already available in your PC or laptop.

Although I've tried Properties>Transparency for the pic inserted in CAD, I didn't see any change!
Also using "Decal" in Solidworks, again I couldn't get rid of the white background!
Meanwhile, I've tried "Fuzzy Select Tool" in GIMP; however, the image inserted in either CAD or Solidworks appeared with the white background!![]()
The image you attached is a JPG format which doesn't support transparency - you need to use GIF or PNG format instead. Just try with this one that I edited for you.

In SW, if you inset the image as a decal you can apply a mask to remove the white from the background.
Double click on the image or edit decal, select the mapping tab. I'm pretty sure its at the bottom of the list to apply mask.
I'll check in the morning at work.
