    Default Autocad 2013 Font Issue

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

I have just recently upgraded from AutoCAD 2012 to AutoCAD 2013. When i was using 2012 i had a certain font that would make any lowercase letter into a fraction. Ex - "i" would equal 1/2. I know the last time i upgraded i just moved the font file into my new version of AutoCAD but i cant remember what it is called anymore. Is anyone familiar with what i am talking about? Please help.

You can't remember the name of this unique font?

Did you completely remove 2012 from your system?

That's correct I cannot remember the name of the unique font. I did not remove 2012 but when I compared the fonts in 2012 to the ones in 2013 there were two were only two that were in 2012(simplex and simplex2) that were not in 2013. I added those two to 2013 and it did not resolve the problem.

You must have missed one then or you did not put the font in your AutoCAD font folder. Was it a SHX font or a TTF font?

You will probably need to look at all the fonts in the character map and find the one with i=1/2.
