I am using Civil3D 2012.
My file size is 12 meg.
I have layer states established to display either grading, underground utilities, layout, etc.
The layer states do not work properly anymore.
When I select a layer state, some layers that should turn off don't and some layers that should be turned on are not.
Any ideas?
