Are you sure sketch pattern is the best technique (feature pattern is usually better).
Do you have constraint inference turned on?
Did you run the Sketch Doctor on the sketch?

i want to make a closed sketch with the array command.
The sketch is closed, but the end and beginning lines of each array member don't have the on point constraint.
So, i cannot extrude the sketch. it is made of individual pieces.

Multiple sketch points exist at the same location, at the connections between pattern members, why? i didn't draw any point there.
Where is the Combine Sketch Points button?

Well, I have been on vacation and just got back to my Inventor machine check your sketch.
As I suspected - you are doing too much work and doing it incorrectly.
Edit your sketch.
Right click in the graphics window and select Show All Constraints.
See the mess. Way too much work.
Whenever possible you should create simple sketches and Pattern Feature rather than Pattern Sketch.
Read this http://home.pct.edu/~jmather/SkillsUSA%20University.pdf
Get lazy! Avoid work.
Also you have two arcs where there should only be one and if you zoom in you will see that they are not connected.
...and - have you installed all Service Packs for your release of Inventor?

Do one of these "teeth" or whatever they are and then pattern the single feature.
