    Default Lisp Routine for "FIND"

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

Is there a lisp routine that will find text in an AutoCad drawing but that will also search external references as well as blocks? I have a co-worker in need of such a thing.

    Thanks in advance!

Just use the standard Find command...

Thanks Lee! I'm away from my desk and wasn't sure if "FIND" would search xrefs or not? I've forwarded your information on. Thanks again!

His response was, "I didn't click THAT button".

He's referring to the expand button that reveals the options for what FIND will search.
