Tool-Space Geospatial workspace not showing any ribbon option

I'm trying to insert a shape file. So I went to my tool-space geospatial workspace to go mapimport, but the only ribbon option I have is the express tools. I even tried typing "mapimport" into the command line but it didn't recognize it as a command. I tried doing this in other workspaces as well but no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

Ok, when I go into the CUI, under workspace contents>Ribbon Tabs I got a bunch of unresolved. I'll post a pic for clarification. I guess my question is now, how do I resolve them? Where do they get pathed to?

Ok well that was weird... I changed my profile in the options menu and then switched it back to the way it was again and it worked... hmm weird

AutoCad is weird at best.
