Why I can not sweep this circle along this shape



the error is:
unable to sweep 1 selected object


Actually I'm trying to create a 3D spiral shape

Try Decreasing your Circle Diameter or Decrease number of turns. Looks like Intersecting Geometry. Also your circle does not have to be on the Helix end point. It can be on any of the three planes.
