need lisp to modify text attributes

okay here it is nice and simple....i need a routine i can modify to do the following.:

get specific block in dwg and modify specific tags... in some of the dwgs there text entered in some dwgs there is no text entered.....i just need to simply enter a value to the specific tags.....i have 5 tags that need specific values on them...any assistance would be appreciated.

I have several dwgs to modify....so i would need to be able to use this lisp in a script file

So, did you test the lisp I send you? How it works? Did you need somethink like that?
