Thank you for the reply, I just like to know what I need to be able to do the first image in autocad, just neglect the second image.

Looks fairly straightforward. Draw a rectangle represent the overall size of the building then offset for the wall thickness. Start subdividing the space as required for the various rooms.

You'll need to use an arc to represent the door swings.

I don't see anything that someone with a basic knowledge of AutoCAD couldn't do. Just start with a metric template if you intend to do the drawing using metric units. It never fails that someone starts a metric drawing but uses an imperial template only to realize it was the wrong approach half way into the drawing.

You have the basics just find out what the thickness is of the wall materials and work from outside in like Remark, a brick is 110mm, a stud 90mm, plus plaster 12mm, as std door 820m wide and so on.

The 3d image is probably achievable as well so long as you dont want a photo realistic super accurate. I would even do the people like you have, a pline or two extrude and union, then rotate 3d. the tables 3 parts base tube and sq top again extrude and union rotate3d.
