Question Standard CUIX files for C3D 2012

Registered forum members do not see this ad.

Ok, first off, I messed up. Yesterday while trying to get AutoTurn to work I somehow erased all of my menus. Now I have nothing up there at the top of the screen. I've done a search for menuload files, but I find the standard 'classic AutoCAD' and the like. What I'm looking for are the C3D menus. (profiles, points, alignments...). And of course the boss is on me about finishing this project asap. HELP!!!

Via Options and the Profile tab? Sorry, I don't have Civil 3D so I can't verify.

Try a REPAIR first. If you do have to reinstall there is a procedure for removing the program specified by AutoDesk that will ensure a clean reinstall.

Go to the CUI and click on customize "your workspace" this will have the effect of making the menus toobars etc little ticks on the left side now be displayed. Check the partial menu ACAD it should have ticks in some of the menu boxes. its a bit complicated to describe but you can turn off all in one go or just turn on/off some. see if this works. Also check in config the item Cutomisation Files and see what Main Customisation is set to it should be something like C:\users\myname\appdata\autodesk...acad etc if itsb a menu not found maybe thats your problem

We have Autoturn and run it from the Autocad icon it just required the load ARX for the menu to work.
