I'm just starting with ACAD 3d. I'm trying to draw a handle for a ball valve. The handle has a horizontal piece and an angled piece. In the attachment, you'll see that there's a gap where the two pieces meet. How can I close the gap so it looks like a seamless piece?
Thanks

In AutoCAD
Draw rectangle and Revolve (by enough of angle to intesect) it then Union.
If you can't figure it out - attach your dwg file here.
(Or in Autodesk Inventor simply select Bend and select the two edges.)![]()

You should draw the handle shape in the side view and then extrude the width of the handle then modify the top view for the radius, if there is one, with the fillet command, or other methods of your choosing.
