Lost commands from mouse right click pop-up menu and delete key

AutoCAD Architecture 2012

It's happened again... Not sure if I actually did anything this time, but I opened the cui file but didn't change anything. The problem is that when in a drawing and I right-click the mouse and the pop-up menu opens, I am missing commands like draw order and edit(s) also the copy to clipboard doesn't work right. In addition I noticed that I lost the delete key function on the keyboard. Does anyone know how to fix this...
