I have just completed a drawing which includes 3d models, when I went to print to pdf the 3d models did not appear in the viewports. I checked the shade plot settings and then went to model space and found all the 3d solids had disappeared and were not selectable. To make things worse if I try and draw a 3d solid it also disappears as soon as I create it and cannot be selected. They are on a layer that is not locked and visible. I have run an audit and recoverall but the solids are gone! I cannot uploaded the dwg file, as it is too large, I even saved it as another file and deleted nearly everything else but the file size is too large so I think the solids are still there somewhere. sjguk Posted November 23, 2012 Author Share Posted November 23, 2012 SORTED! Rookie mistake and lesson learned, the perils of working too late and not thinking straight. I had a live section running through a table leg and it hid all the 3d solids!!!! What a fool lol!
