    Default BMW Symbol for Elevations

You know those Circles with two lines that go through the circle perpendicular to each other with opposite quarter-circles filled in? You put them on elevations and say like 0'-0" First Floor. They look just like the BMW symbol, and I need to know how to do them.

Help please! I'm using AutoCad 2004

... and create a block for often use
It's nice to be nice, but sometimes is nicer to be evil!.
