By the way, up to this point, the problem in that thread, which is very closely related to this one, appears to have been solved only via Inventor and the online Circle Calculator you and the OP cited. Now that you have seen the picture posted by the OP, you may come to the conclusion that this problem does not need such a sophisticated solution. A simple matter of proportion, so simple that a lisp solution has not been offered. The other thread was not even remotely similar except there was the word "curve" involved.
