From ADT 2006 and I get this...

    Command:
    Command:
    Command: _AecExportToAutoCAD2000
    ARX_ERROR: eWasErased
How can I backwards this file without resorting to dxf?

In ADT 2006 you should be able to do a Save As. At the bottom of the Save Drawing As dialog box click the Files of Type arrow, and select ACAD 2000/LT2000 Drawing (*dwg).

That is openable with adt 3.3, but can't copy anything, and the drawing is reverted to something so unrecognizable it'll have to be re-drawn

Do you have a lot of 3D objects? It works well for me with 2D drawings, but I'm really using ADT as plain vanilla ACAD and not doing anything with 3D objects.

Wasn't my drawing to start with, but there are WDW (walls, doors, windows) in it. Red circles of death, etc.

I tried purging all unused stuff in style manager, display manager, purge, adit, etc.

    An unusable buch o' crud.

DXF works about just as well

Check menu: File -> Export -> Export to AutoCAD
All I say is only my opinion.

But cut the "-you" off the end of the URL to get to the page.

    Always ahead...
