jiggly_jelloo
I apologize if my following question is hard to understand....I have tried a few ways but can't seem to explain it clearly! When I am selecting items to perform a command on using a window (ie stretch) and it covers a large area that I need to pan over or to zoom into an area to ensure that I am not selecting something I shouldn't Autocad is only selecting what is currently showing on the screen. Is there a setting that I can change so that it selects everything I select regardless if it is currently being displayed on the screen? Thanks
CyberAngel
I hate when that happens. I don't know how to fix it either.

Dana W
I don't know why that happens either, but there is a way to get around it. Do your selecting before you start the command. Also Make sure the system variables PICKADD = 1 and PICKFIRST = 1. I do it this way universally and select multiple bunches of things with small windows while zooming in, out, panning all around, and I never lose the selected items that go off screen unless I have started the command before I select.
