David Devitt
Hello Fellow Forum Folk! I am looking for an inexpensive website that offers USGS maps with aerial photo and CAD linework overlays. I used to be able to purchase these files from Topo Depot but they closed their site down at the end of 2012. Does any one out there know of such a site? Boy, I sure hope so! Thanks, Dave
SAFeSTeR
I don't know where you're from, but if it's the UK you could try http://www.promap.co.uk/ I think you can purchase user defined areas rather than complete tiles, although I have never used this company, just know of their existence, but maybe worth a look. David Devitt
Thanks SAFeSTeR! Although I live in California, it can't hurt to give the link you've given me a try!
David Devitt
Nope, didn't work. Pro Map wouldn't allow me to register using my California "post code" or telephone number.
ReMark
Can't they be bought directly from the USGS?
SAFeSTeR
You wouldn't need to register to view or download examples of the kind of maps they offer, but I had a quick look and it seems they only cover UK anyway.
