danman27
Hi this is my first post on these fourms so forgive me if this post is in the worng section. I have used the search function but i Could not find what i was looking for this is why i have posted this any help is much loved. I have just been on a Autocad course and was given the Essentials Learning Autocad 2010 book. I was told and looked in the book to download the guides however when i went to the website all i could find to download was a Zip files with the exercise but no .DWG files and without that its very useless. I might be being a complete muppet but any help is very much smiled at. Cheers Dan

ReMark
I get the impression that the zip file being referred to did NOT contain any drawing files thus the reason for danman's question.
sparkyuk
I was only trying to help the guy out so if I was wrong there is nothing else i can do for him sorry But you will be surprised how many people do not know what a zip or rar file is
ReMark
Maybe when he unzipped the file it created a separate folder for the drawings?
JD Mather
What is the direct link to the *.zip files that you refer to so that others can check. You do not need to load any 3rd party software on your computer to extract (most) *.zip files, Windows Exporer will extract *.zip files by simply right clicking on the file name and following the on-screen instructions.
